Timothy Munnings, Bahamian athlete and holder of several world records, is preparing for his second participation in the Masters World Championships in Daegu, South Korea. At 60 years old, he is competing in the 60-64 age category, after winning gold in the 400 meters at his last competition. Accompanied by his wife, he aims for multiple medals and hopes to inspire other athletes to pursue their dreams, regardless of their age.
