The government is implementing an expedited process to issue energy storage licenses to holders of solar production licenses. During a press conference, the Minister of Energy specified that this initiative aims to unlock a currently limited solar capacity of 33.1 megawatts. Operators can now apply for a storage license through an online portal, allowing them to benefit from prioritized processing.
