The governments of Barbados and Venezuela have signed a joint declaration to intensify their collaboration in five essential areas. The agreement, concluded in Caracas, aims to enhance energy security, improve food security, and develop agricultural and fishery trade. The two nations also plan educational and cultural exchanges, as well as tourism initiatives to increase visitor flows.
