Alexis Lashley, Barbadian triathlete, finished in 16th place at the 2026 Youth Olympic Games in Dakar, Senegal. Competing against 32 other athletes, she had a good start by coming out of the water in seventh place. However, an issue with her helmet strap slowed her transition. Despite her efforts on the bike, she was unable to catch up with the leading group and finished the race in 16th position.
