Lukashenko made a working visit to Russia, where he met Prime Minister Mijaíl Mishustin. The discussions were described as informal, but allowed for the addressing of topics related to bilateral cooperation. Trade between the two countries reached nearly 52 billion dollars last year, with a 12.5% increase in the first half of this year. The two leaders also discussed their collaboration on the international stage.
