In the Special Municipality of Isla de la Juventud, the education system brought together teachers of vocational technical training to strengthen workforce skills. Discussions focused on the importance of an inclusive and equitable approach aimed at breaking gender stereotypes in trades. A strategy was developed to promote equal opportunities and ensure fair access to employment, while preparing for the launch of the 2026-2027 school year.
