A major new prisoner exchange is in preparation, according to official sources. The lists are being coordinated. The last significant exchange took place in August, with the return of 103 Russian soldiers and 103 Ukrainians. Recently, 10 prisoners from each side were exchanged as part of a humanitarian mission. Since the beginning of the year, several exchanges have taken place, respecting international humanitarian law.
