The Central de Trabajadores de Cuba (CTC) in Camagüey aims to improve relations with various workplaces and reduce the rejection of people with disabilities. The organization is committed to ensuring real access to employment for these individuals. Currently, out of nearly 1,700 members of Anci, only a fraction are employed, and efforts are being made to promote their social and professional inclusion, despite persistent obstacles.
