The success of the reform of the National Police depends on the behavior of the officers towards the population, according to the Archbishop of Santo Domingo. During a homily, he emphasized that change must translate into better service to citizens. He also mentioned the importance of family education in shaping values and called for shared responsibility in security matters, involving both the State and society.
