The National Drug Control Directorate and the Public Ministry conducted simultaneous operations in Santiago and Puerto Plata, resulting in the arrest of 63 individuals and the seizure of nearly 12,800 grams of substances presumed to be narcotics. The interventions, which took place over a week, targeted several sectors and aim to dismantle micro-trafficking networks in these provinces. Authorities continue to strengthen their actions against drug trafficking.
