Authorities are investigating the capsizing of a catamaran on Punta Salinas beach in Baní, which resulted in the death of a woman and left a man in intensive care. The victim, aged 25, did not survive despite resuscitation attempts. Among the 12 passengers, two required medical attention, while the others are in stable condition. The body of the deceased has been returned to her family for the funeral.
