Residents of the La Penca neighborhood, located at kilometer 20 of the Duarte highway, express their dissatisfaction with the ongoing degradation of Première street. They have to come together to finance repairs, due to the lack of intervention from the authorities. The situation worsens during the rains, making passage difficult for vehicles and pedestrians. Despite their efforts, no solution has yet been provided.
