Two law firms have initiated legal action to obtain recognition and compensation for the anxiety suffered by agricultural workers exposed to chlordécone between 1970 and 1992. Former workers have until November 30, 2026, to join this collective effort. They live with the uncertainty of illness, despite the absence of an official link between their exposure and reported pathologies.
