An 18-year-old man, missing since Monday, was found tied up on the road to Mamelles during the night from Tuesday to Wednesday. His family had been contacted by an anonymous call demanding a ransom of 500 euros. The young man, who does not have serious injuries, was taken care of by the SAMU. The gendarmerie is continuing its investigation to find those responsible for this act.
