The Court of Appeal of Basse-Terre welcomed three new judges on October 9, including two Caribbean women trained at the University of the Antilles-Guyane. Sonia Panglose and Moune Mercan hold respectively the positions of Counselor and Substitute General. These appointments coincide with the launch of the first "Classe Prépa Talent" in Fouillole, aimed at encouraging students to consider a career in the judiciary.
