The Court of Appeal of Basse-Terre welcomed three new judges on Friday during the judicial return. Among them, two are from the Caribbean: Sonia Panglose, from Guadeloupe, and Moune Mercan, from Martinique. These appointments are part of an effort to diversify justice in Guadeloupe, supported by initiatives such as the creation of a Talent Preparatory Class to train future legal professionals.
