Christal-Ann Thompson Jones, founder of Honey Vera, overcame a devastating fire in 2023 that destroyed her factory and equipment. After two years of rebuilding, she presented her hair and skin care products at JAPEX 2026. Despite the challenges, she was able to pivot, notably by producing disinfectants during the pandemic. Today, Honey Vera, which will soon celebrate its tenth anniversary, focuses on Jamaican ingredients for its products.
