Koi Sushi has opened its doors at the Super Valu Towne Centre in Kingston, offering a unique culinary experience that blends Japanese tradition with Jamaican influences. This new establishment offers a variety of dishes, ranging from fresh sushi to sake-inspired cocktails. Founded by Lisa-Gaye and Kirk Chin, in collaboration with chef Shuzo Hanasaki, Koi Sushi meets a growing demand for authentic Japanese cuisine in the area.
