On November 27, St. Thomas Municipality will officially open bids for the purchase of residential land on its 100-acre property in Easington. Applications are open to everyone, including current occupants. Candidates must purchase an information package and submit their bids by November 13. A committee will evaluate the proposals before submitting a list to the minister for approval.
