Greg Cozier, head of Hopewell Distillery, is reinventing Barbadian rum by reconnecting with ancient artisanal methods. Founded in 1944, the company now focuses on small-batch distillation, using the "1½ pot still" technique to produce unique spirits. Its ambition is to reconnect production to its historical roots while respecting the identity of Barbados rum.
