From October 2 to 4, the Pavillon Gravelle in Paris will host the tenth edition of SAGASDOM, an event showcasing the gastronomies of the Overseas Territories. With nearly 100 exhibitors and over 50 chefs, the fair aims to become a place for professional meetings and the transmission of know-how. Haiti is the guest of honor, while economic and cultural initiatives will also be on the agenda, thus expanding its impact beyond gastronomy.
