A serious accident occurred on Wednesday evening on the RN1, between Marigot and Lorrain, resulting in one death. A 26-year-old motorcyclist was involved in a collision with a car. Emergency services arrived quickly, but the young man did not survive. The 50-year-old driver of the car was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
