The city of Saint-Paul is embarking on a major urban transformation with an investment of €190 million. This project, which includes the rehabilitation of the former Gabriel Martin hospital and the redevelopment of the waterfront, aims to revitalize the city center. The work, which begins now, is expected to be completed by 2029 and will include the creation of housing, shops, and public infrastructure.
