From August 8 to September 8, 2026, the ship OSIRIS II is exploring the waters of the Éparses Islands for a scientific campaign as part of the MARIO project. Initiated by the TAAF, this mission aims to deepen the understanding of marine ecosystems. High-precision probes will be used to analyze the temperature and conductivity of the water, while hydrophones will be retrieved and redeployed to study the presence of cetaceans.
