Tropical wave n°38, formerly known as storm Dolly, has been downgraded but remains under observation. It is expected to affect the Lesser Antilles starting this Saturday, bringing unstable weather conditions with rain and thunderstorms. Although its reintensification into a cyclonic phenomenon is unlikely, the activity associated with this wave requires special attention. Another area in the Gulf of Mexico is also being monitored.
