For several weeks, the schools of Koungou have been victims of repeated vandalism. The latest incident involved the Majicavo 3 school, which was vandalized just before the start of the school year. Other institutions have also suffered thefts and destruction, particularly of toilets and construction materials. In response to this insecurity, the municipality is strengthening security measures and considering sanctions against the perpetrators, especially if they are students from the municipality.
