The government of Saint Lucia has signed a $54 million EC agreement to expand access to affordable housing. This state-backed funding is intended for the construction of housing for middle- and low-income families, as well as for more climate-resilient infrastructure. The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of including underserved populations and improving conditions for civil servants.
