The Antigua and Barbuda Red Cross Society (ABRCS) is committed to improving its climate disaster preparedness by participating in a workshop on Anticipatory Action Protocols in Guadeloupe. This initiative, in collaboration with other Red Cross societies, aims to establish pre-financed humanitarian action plans to intervene before a crisis occurs. The goal is to protect vulnerable communities and strengthen their resilience to climate hazards.
