A judge declared Johan Manuel Nova, known as El Sujeto, not guilty of the gender-based violence charges brought by his partner. The decision was made by Magistrate Diana Moreno, who announced that the motivations will be revealed during a sentencing reading. Nova was arrested in March 2025 following a complaint for acts of physical and verbal violence. This is not the first time he has faced such accusations.
