The Gabinete de Niñez y Adolescencia and the National Council for Childhood and Adolescence have presented reform proposals for Law 136-03, aimed at strengthening the protection of children's and adolescents' rights. During a meeting led by the First Lady, the importance of collaboration between institutions was emphasized to ensure a technical and consensual approach in this reform process.
