The implementation of the new Dominican Penal Code is entering a phase of monitoring and evaluation with the first meeting of a commission created by the government. Led by Milton Ray Guevara, this body is meeting at APEC University to analyze the application of the recently enacted reform. It aims to observe the functioning of the legislation and identify any necessary adjustments.
