A 29-year-old man was shot dead while he was at the front of a public transport vehicle in La Romana. The incident occurred in front of a shop in the Pica Piedras area. Two assailants on a motorcycle opened fire before fleeing. The victim was taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The police are investigating to find the suspects by analyzing surveillance videos and interviewing witnesses.
