Judge Rigoberto Sena decided to refer the case regarding the fatal accident involving "Nino Dólar" to a traffic court. The relatives of the victims, Wilmer and Wilkaren Rodríguez, expressed their anger after the decision, calling for a trial for homicide. The accident, which occurred on the 15th of the month, also injured another person. The case will now be treated as a simple accident, with less severe penalties.
