About twenty students from the Technological University of Santiago recently put their restaurant management knowledge into practice during an academic day. The "Aura del Norte" project allowed participants to simulate the operation of a restaurant, taking on various roles related to food preparation and customer service. Teachers emphasized the importance of this experience in preparing students for the challenges of the rapidly expanding tourism sector in the region.
