The Guadeloupe Department presents a mid-term assessment of its child protection policy, focused on prevention and the care of children in danger. Approximately 1,026 children are currently being cared for, with increased efforts to recruit foster carers in the face of frequent departures. Regional meetings have been organized to exchange views on child protection practices in Overseas Territories.
