A fire broke out at the Atoumo Youth Reception Center, located in Morne Rouge Sainte-Rose. Before the arrival of emergency services, the evacuation of occupants, including staff and minors, was carried out. Firefighters battled the flames, which affected several premises. One of the firefighters had to be transported to the CHU after feeling unwell during the intervention.
