Legal security has become a priority for the Department, in the face of the increasing complexity of laws and regulations. This situation raises the risks of litigation affecting administrative acts and the agents of the Collectivity. To address this, the General Inspectorate of Services and the Legal Affairs Department are working to optimize procedures and protect the rights of minors, while training elected officials and agents on ethical issues.
