The hearing for the trial concerning the murder of Curtis Caboul could not take place this morning due to the absence of Marvin Lawson, one of the defendants. The latter, who was supposed to appear free, informed his lawyers that he had been in a motorcycle accident and has not been seen since. The presiding judge decided to suspend the proceedings and ordered a warrant for his arrest to bring him to court.
