Jamaica finished in second place in the mixed 4x100m relay final on the first day of the Ultimate Championships in Budapest. The team, consisting of Ackeem Blake, Tina Clayton, Kadrian Goldson, and Jonielle Smith, clocked a time of 39.72 seconds, just behind the United States, who set a new national record. Individually, Megan Simmonds finished fifth in the 100m hurdles.
