The Police Civilian Oversight Authority (PCOA) has announced the introduction of a new award, the TOP Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB) Award, for its Transforming Our Police Service (TOPS) 2026 competition. This award will aim to recognize the best CIB of the Jamaica Constabulary Force in region 4. The results will be revealed at a ceremony in Kingston in November, broadcast live. This competition, now in its eighth edition, aims to promote professionalism and excellence within the police.
