The emergency law for the protection and agricultural sovereignty, recently enacted, aims to address the challenges faced by farmers, particularly regarding access to water and competition from imported products. Although measures are planned to support agricultural projects in Martinique, questions remain about their practical implementation. The issues of water and the protection of livestock from stray dogs are particularly crucial in this context.
