This social program, aimed at young people aged 18 to 35 in a vulnerable situation, aims to facilitate access to various services. Details of the distribution to the 30,000 expected beneficiaries will be communicated soon. Negotiations with Mastercard are finalized, and the first cards will be gradually issued.
