On August 28 and 29, young people aged 16 to 30 will gather at the University of Guyana for the second edition of LCOY. This event aims to raise their awareness of climate issues and to allow them to formulate concrete proposals. The reflections from this meeting will inform an advocacy that will be presented at COP30, thus strengthening the voice of Guyanese youth on the international stage.
